Rain Postpones Inaugural World of Outlaw Late Models at 34 Raceway

Burlington, IA (Saturday, May 23, 2009) - Mother nature wasn't to kind to 34 Raceway on Saturday for the inaugural visit of the World of Outlaw Late Models. The morning started out looking beautiful, with plenty of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. But by 3:00 p.m. the dark clouds started rolling into the area and things turned out for the worst. Rains begain to fall and became heavy at times, which lasted long enough to make everything to mudding to get the races in. So track officials were forced to cancel the event.
